Ian’s carrer spans Public and Private sector. In The private sector Ian worked in IT security and sytems management primarily in the City of London.

In the Public Sector Ian was director of Faith in people with HIV where he co comissioned an African health Project in Leicestershire and wrote policies for the lesoto Government.

Ian worked for Public Health Leacestershire County Council where he worked in the communities of Oadby and Wigston Blaby and Harborough District.
