About Beacon

We established Beacon to meet the growing needs of those funding their own care and to offer guidance to anyone who is looking for support but are not sure of the route to finding it.

During our professional and personal experience, we have become increasingly concerned about gaps in social care provision and privatised services and we aim to buck this trend. We believe the future of care can and should be quality-driven, collaborative and imaginative and not at the mercy of shareholders.

As a community interest company (CIC), our profits are reinvested in our services, so our clients know exactly where their money is going and we can pay our carers a real living wage. 

We want our staff and clients to have real agency, so we welcome feedback on our services as well as comments and suggestions.
